Refund policy

Lummè Jewels — Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
• If your piece arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.
• For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
• Want a different piece instead? We're happy to exchange where stock allows.
• Contact us at lummejewels@gmail.com to start a return — please don't send anything back without contacting us first.
