Welcome to Lummè Jewels. By visiting our website and buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
• We work hard to photograph and describe every piece accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen, and handmade-style pieces can vary a little from piece to piece.
• If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and cancel any order affected by it, with a full refund for that order.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a payment can't be verified — and if we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
• Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Shipping and returns

• Shipping times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy, and returns are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Our content

• The Lummè Jewels name, logo, photos, and website content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

The fine print

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lummè Jewels is not liable for indirect or incidental damages connected to using our website or products.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.
