Lummè Jewels — Shipping

Every piece is packed with care and shipped by us directly.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (not on weekends or holidays).
• We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Every order includes tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you when your order goes out.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered it wrong, contact us right away at lummejewels@gmail.com — once an order has shipped, we can't change where it's going.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
